This stage constitutes a bridge linking the «SAR DON JUAN DE BORBÓN» center, which made it possible to lay the foundations for the current situation, consolidating the financial support of public administrations and producing intense growth in the number of users (more than one hundred ). , from infants to adults), attended by more than fifty professionals.

Officially, the center was inaugurated on June 16, 1999, located at Carretera de Grañén, s/nº Huesca. From then until today, the evolution of the Entity is testimony to the evolution of the group of people with cerebral palsy and/or related people (in terms of growth in numbers, hence the increase in places in all services, and in terms of personal aging and their family environments, hence the creation of new services), and knowledge and academic specialization around disability, hence the increase in multidisciplinary teams, with professional teams trained in different areas.
