
Last our Friday association Salamanca Mental Health celebrated the closing of the “Master AI” training developed within the program ‘Together We Are Capable’ of the Mapfre Foundation. From the Castilla y León Mental Health Federation we are very happy to share the success of this learning experience focused on bringing Artificial Intelligence closer to job searchthe improvement of digital skills and the professional development of the people we support.
During the workshop, participants discover how to use various Artificial Intelligence tools to improve the writing of your resume, prepare job interviews interactively, write professional communications effective and gain strong confidence in using technology.
This initiative, promoted by the Mapfre Foundationhas had a Previous online training in which two professionals from our association participatestructured so that these people can specialize, for four weeks, in the use of AI and its application to their daily performance. This training itinerary for professionals was divided into two large blocks of content. The first, focused on the adaptation of Artificial Intelligence to the procedures of third sector entities, It consists of three sessions taught by specialized technicians of the entity CRAB Aprenem Autism Foundation. The second block, focused on how Artificial Intelligence can provide strategic value to social workadds another three sessions that were facilitated by the experts of the technology company VASS.
Thanks to the training of these people, the knowledge could be transferred directly and in person to the users through the practical workshop “Master AI: Practical workshop to enhance your employability with Artificial Intelligence”. This training, held at the association’s facilities Mental Health Salamanca, benefit to ten people with disabilities due to mental health problems, of which two have already achieved employmentoffering them a learning space adapted to the current demands of the labor market. Professionals from our Miranda Mental Health association will also participate in this training, which will develop the same training program with users throughout the last four months of the year.

The closing ceremony of this training process had the institutional support of representatives of MAPFRE Salamanca and Salamanca Mental Healthwho accompanied the student in the emotional delivery of diplomas.
For our Federation, this type of meeting represents an ideal moment to recognize the effort, involvement and great evolution of all people who are committed to their own professional growth.
From the Castilla y León Mental Health Federation we believe that Artificial Intelligence can be a great ally in orientation processes, but the true value continues to be in people, in their ability to learn, adapt and build new opportunities.
