This report analyzes the relationship between difficulties in accessing housing, job and economic insecurity and the mental health of young people from a structural perspective. The document shows with data that delay in emaciation, difficulties in accessing housing and housing insecurity are associated with greater emotional distress, worse expectations for the future and high levels of vulnerability. 42% of people aged 25 to 34 affected by the housing crisis perceive their mental health as fair or poor, and those who allocate more than 50% of their income to paying for housing have rates of poor mental health that double those of those who allocate less than 30%.
