SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA abre la votación para decidir el lema del Día Mundial de la Salud Mental 2026

    [post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]Con motivo del próximo Día Mundial de la Salud Mental, que se conmemora el 10 de octubre, la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA pone en marcha un año más una votación popular para elegir el lema de la campaña, con el objetivo de fomentar la participación colectiva. En 2026, SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA ha querido mantener el foco en la temática ‘Salud Mental y Jóvenes’, dando continuidad al trabajo desarrollado en el XXIII Congreso SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, organizado junto con la Federación Salud Mental Canarias bajo el lema ‘Juventud con salud mental, futuro con esperanza’.

Este encuentro, celebrado los días 7 y 8 de mayo en el Auditorio de Tenerife Adán Martín, reunió a personas expertas, profesionales y personas con experiencia propia para reflexionar y avanzar en el abordaje de la salud mental infantojuvenil. Mantener esta temática en el marco del Día Mundial de la Salud Mental permitirá seguir impulsando el diálogo, la sensibilización y la acción colectiva en favor del bienestar psicosocial de la juventud.

Asimismo, se contribuirá a seguir visibilizando las conclusiones del informeLa atención a la salud mental infanto-juvenil: investigación aplicada para el diagnóstico y la formulación de propuestas desde las entidades de la red SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA. Este estudio cualitativo, financiado por el Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030, pone de manifiesto la necesidad de construir el futuro desde un enfoque basado en los derechos de niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes, incorporando sus necesidades, experiencias y perspectivas en el diseño de las políticas y actuaciones que les afectan.
Cinco lemas a votación abierta

Hasta el próximo miércoles 1 de julio, a las 23:59 horas, cualquier persona que lo desee podrá votar, de manera virtual, por una de las cinco consignas planteadas:

  • There is no possible future without a youth cared for, respected and protected.
  • Match your mental health

MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN opens voting to decide the motto of World Mental Health Day 2026

Through popular voting, SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA will choose this year’s motto, focused on mental health and young people.

On the occasion of the next World Mental Health Daywhich is commemorated on October 10, the SPAIN MENTAL HEALTH Confederation launches a popular vote for another year to choose the campaign mottowith the aim of promoting collective participation. In 2026, MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN has wanted to maintain the focus on the issue ‘Mental Health and Youth‘, giving continuity to the work developed in the XXIII MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN Congressorganized together with the Canary Islands Mental Health Federation under the motto ‘Youth with mental health, future with hope’.

This meeting, held on May 7 and 8 at the Tenerife Adán Martín Auditorium, brought together experts, professionals and people with their own experience to reflect and advance in addressing child and adolescent mental health. Maintaining this theme within the framework of World Mental Health Day will allow continue promoting dialogue, awareness and collective action in favor of the psychosocial well-being of youth.

Likewise, it will help to continue making the report’s conclusions visible.Attention to child and adolescent mental health: applied research for the diagnosis and formulation of proposals from the entities of the MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN network. This qualitative study, funded by the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030, highlights the need to build the future from an approach based on the rights of children, adolescents and young peopleincorporating their needs, experiences and perspectives in the design of policies and actions that affect them.

Five slogans for open voting

To choose the next motto for World Mental Health Day 2026, the SPAIN MENTAL HEALTH Confederation launches a popular vote today, encouraging collective participation, that seeks to involve both the associative movement itself and society in general.


The slogans that are put to the vote today have been proposed through a participatory creative process in which members of the First Person Mental Health Committee, the State Women’s Network and the technical team of the SPAIN MENTAL HEALTH Confederation have participated.

Until next Wednesday, July 1, at 11:59 p.m.Anyone who wishes can vote, virtually, for one of the five slogans proposed:
