From the Castilla y León Mental Health Federation we want to share our Activity Report 2025 under the motto “Weaving red, guaranteeing rights«a document that not only collects numbers, but the stories, efforts and lives of thousands of people we accompany in our community.
This year has forcefully reminded us that mental health cannot be understood in isolation. It is inevitably linked to structural factors such as social inequality, economic precariousness and loneliness. Furthermore, in a community like ours, the rurality, geographical dispersion and depopulation They mark barriers that we cannot normalize. As our president, Elena Briongos Rica, points out: «Mental health and social justice are closely linked. There will be no emotional well-being without material conditions that make it possible». Defending equity means ensuring that your zip code does not define your rights.
Through 11 associations and 23 delegationsThis year we have attended 10,292 people (9,016 with their own experience and 1,276 family members), thanks to the efforts of 651 professionals.
At the Federation we align each program and campaign with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda. From SDG 3 (Health and Wellbeing) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality), to SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), we evaluate our actions to ensure that we move towards a more just, inclusive and equitable society.
Our Strategic Lines
Our action is deployed through a transversal model designed to pbreak the equality and autonomy of peoplethrough very defined strategic lines.

This supposes a employment rate of 37.15% (much higher than the 22.3% of the national media of the group). Additionally, with the youth program «PasaXT»we support 31 young peoplemaking the 67% will improve their employability or resume his studies.
