[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="148052" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]El sábado 13 de junio, tuvo lugar la Asamblea General ordinaria de la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, una cita clave del máximo órgano de gobierno de la organización, que se desarrolló en formato semipresencial, en su sede de Madrid y online.
Asistieron representantes de la Federación Salud Mental Canarias, ASCASAM- Salud Mental Cantabria, la Federación Salud Mental Castilla y León, la Federació Salut Mental Comunitat Valenciana, la Federación Salud Mental Región de Murcia, Salud Mental Euskadi, Salud Mental La Rioja, la Asociación Salud Mental Ceuta - ACEFEP, FEAFES Melilla Salud Mental, la Federación Salud Mental Aragón, la Federación Salud Mental Andalucía, la Asociación Navarra Para La Salud Mental – ANASAPS, Saúde Mental FEAFES Galicia, Salut Mental Catalunya, la Federación Salud Mental Castilla-La Mancha, FEAFES Extremadura Salud Mental y la Federación Salud Mental Comunidad de Madrid.
El encuentro estuvo presidido por Nel Anxelu González Zapico, presidente de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, y contó además con la participación de dos representantes del Comité Pro Salud Mental En Primera Persona y de la Red Estatal de Mujeres, otras personas integrantes de la Junta Directiva, el equipo técnico de la Confederación, así como de personas acreditadas del movimiento asociativo.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]La Asamblea ratificó el Balance de Situación y Cuentas de Resultados del Ejercicio 2025, así como la Memoria Económica del Ejercicio 2025. Asimismo, se presentó el Informe emitido por los Censores de Cuentas del ejercicio 2025 y se designaron a las entidades censoras para el próximo período, que serán Salud Mental La Rioja y ANASAPS, quedando de suplente la Federación Salud Mental Región de Murcia. En el plano de económico, también se aprobaron, por unanimidad, las cuotas de las entidades socias numerarias para el año 2026, de acuerdo con los estatutos en vigor, y se validó el presupuesto de este año.
Tras su presentación en la sesión, la Asamblea respaldó el Plan Operativo Anual (POA) 2026, que ya orienta la acción de la Confederación y cuyos resultados se expondrán a principios de 2027.
A continuación, se dio el visto bueno a la Memoria de Actividades de 2025, un documento que recoge los principales hitos, actividades y proyectos desarrollados por la Confederación, en sintonía con las líneas estratégicas de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA. Además de difundirse en su formato digital a través de la web corporativa, se imprimirán ejemplares para su distribución a todas las asociaciones del movimiento asociativo.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="148058" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="148059" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Se acordó ratificar la relación de personas representantes en la Junta Directiva de la Confederación, por parte de las entidades socias numerarias, un acuerdo gestado en la reunión de Junta Directiva, celebrada con anterioridad a esta Asamblea General.
Por último, en representación del Comité Pro Salud Mental en Primera Persona y la Red Estatal de Mujeres de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, Raquel De La Rosa Delgado y Sherezade Villarejo García, respectivamente, tomaron la palabra para informar acerca del trabajo que se está realizando actualmente desde ambos grupos.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]
Asamblea General de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA
La Asamblea General es el máximo órgano de gobierno de la Confederación. Encarna la voluntad soberana de la entidad y obliga con sus acuerdos, válidamente adoptados, a la totalidad de sus socios y socias.
Está integrada por las entidades socias numerarias, representadas por las personas que las presiden o por las personas nombradas por sus respectivas Asambleas Generales, cuyos cargos son no remunerados.

The permanent member entities of SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA meet at the 2026 General Assembly
The 2026 General Assembly of SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, held last Saturday in blended format, gave the green light to the annual accounts, the 2025 Activities Report and the 2026 Annual Operational Plan, among other agreements.
On Saturday, June 13, the Ordinary General Assembly of the SPAIN MENTAL HEALTH Confederationa key meeting of the highest governing body of the organization, which took place in a blended format, at its headquarters in Madrid and online.
Representatives of the Canary Islands Mental Health Federation, ASCASAM-Mental Health Cantabriathe Castilla y León Mental Health Federationthe Valencian Community Mental Health Federationthe Murcia Region Mental Health Federation, Mental Health Euskadi, Mental Health La Riojathe Ceuta Mental Health Association – ACEFEP, FEAFES Melilla Mental Healththe Aragon Mental Health Federationthe Andalusia Mental Health Federationthe Navarra Association for Mental Health – ANASAPS, Mental Health FEAFES Galicia, Mental Health Cataloniathe Castilla-La Mancha Mental Health Federation, FEAFES Extremadura Mental Health and the Community of Madrid Mental Health Federation.
The meeting was chaired by Nel Anxelu González Zapicopresident of SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, and also had the participation of two representatives of Mental Health Committee In First Person and of the State Women’s Networkother members of the Board of Directorshe technical team of the Confederation, as well as accredited people of the associative movement.
The Assembly ratified the Balance Sheet and Income Statement for Fiscal Year 2025as well as the Economic Report for the Fiscal Year 2025. Likewise, it was presented Report issued by the Chartered Accountants for the year 2025 and the censoring entities were designated for the next period, which will be Salud Mental La Rioja and ANSAPS, with the Murcia Region Mental Health Federation acting as substitute. At the economic level, the quotas of numerary social entities for the year 2026, in accordance with the statutes in force, and the budget of this year.
After its presentation in the session, the Assembly endorsed the Annual Operating Plan (POA) 2026which already guides the action of the Confederation and whose results will be presented at the beginning of 2027.
The approval was then given to the 2025 Activities Reporta document that includes the main milestones, activities and projects developed by the Confederation, in line with the strategic lines of MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN. In addition to being disseminated in digital format through the corporate website, copies will be printed for distribution to all associations of the associative movement.
It was agreed to ratify the relationship of people representatives on the Board of Directors of the Confederationby the numerary social entities, an agreement reached at the Board of Directors meeting, held prior to this General Assembly.
Finally, representing the Committee for Mental Health in First Person and the State Network of Women of MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN, Raquel De La Rosa Delgado and Scheherazade Villarejo Garcíarespectively, took the floor to report on the work that is currently being carried out by both groups.
General Assembly of MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN
The General Assembly is the highest governing body of the Confederation. It embodies the sovereign will of the entity and binds all of its partners and companies with its agreements, validly adopted.
It is made up of the permanent member entities, represented by the people who chair them or by the people appointed by their respective General Assemblies, whose positions are not remunerated.
For SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, representing the more than 60,000 people and the more than 360 entities that form its social base, this General Assembly is a tool that allows us to exercise transparency of the Confederationgiving voice and vote to the associated entities through the representatives so that they can exercise their right to decide on the most relevant issues of this organization.
