[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]El pasado 16 de abril, Saúde Mental FEAFES Galicia celebró los IV Premios Empréganos en el Teatro Principal de Ourense. Estos premios tienen como objetivo reconocer el compromiso y la implicación de las empresas, organismos y personas favorecedoras de la inserción laboral de personas con problemas de salud mental.
En la categoría Empresa Promotora del Empleo con Apoyo, resultó premiada Textil Lonia, en reconocimiento a las numerosas vacantes de empleo que ofrecen a personas con problemas de salud mental en todos sus departamentos. El premio a la Empresa Impulsora de la Integración Sociolaboral fue para Vectalia Rail, por la promoción de contratos estables y duraderos. Prink Ourense, por su parte, recibió el premio a la Empresa Impulsora del Talento en Prácticas, por acoger a personas sin experiencia profesional para la realización de prácticas en la tienda y por la especial sensibilidad hacia las personas con problemas de salud mental.
En la categoría Empleo Protegido, se reconoció a Integra Empleo, que destaca por compartir numerosas vacantes y ofrecer un empleo de calidad, así como por la facilidad para realizar un seguimiento adecuado de las personas contratadas. La Entidad Colaboradora premiada fue la Confederación Empresarial de Ourense por contribuir a la visibilización de Saúde Mental FEAFES Galicia y por impartir formación de calidad sobre el autoempleo a las personas con problemas de salud mental.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="147457" img_size="full" add_caption="yes" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]El Organismo Colaborador premiado fue el Centro Penitenciario Pereiro de Aguiar, por trabajar las habilidades prelaborales de las personas con problemas de salud mental privadas de libertad y acompañarlas posteriormente en los procesos de integración sociolaboral una vez recuperan la libertad.
Finalmente, como Persona Referente recibió el galardón Ramiro Gómez, de Limpiezas Integrales Ramiro, en reconocimiento a su entrega, sensibilidad y buena disposición de cara a la inserción laboral de colectivos vulnerables, y por ser una persona altamente implicada con la igualdad de oportunidades y la no discriminación.
Inma Soto y Nerea Pérez presentaron este evento ante un centenar de personas
El acto fue conducido por Inma Soto, cuentacuentos ourensana, y Nerea Pérez, socia de Sáude Mental FEAFES Galicia. Esta última puso el foco en la importancia que tiene el empleo para el desarrollo de un proyecto de vida de cualquier persona, cuanto más, de aquellas que tienen un problema de salud mental. Nerea pidió confianza y no discriminación por parte del empresariado, para que las personas con problemas de salud mental puedan demostrar su valía en el ámbito laboral: «agradezco la confianza de todas las empresas y personas que nos contratan, porque ese es el primer paso para caminar hacia una sociedad más justa e inclusiva».[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="147461" img_size="full" add_caption="yes" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="147463" img_size="full" add_caption="yes" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]En su intervención, el presidente de Saúde Mental FEAFES Galicia, Xosé Ramón Girón, señaló que a lo largo de 2025, la entidad ayudó a 924 personas con problemas de salud mental a lograr un empleo en toda Galicia (120 en el área de Ourense), lo que representa un 72,3% de las personas atendidas. Esta cifra, muy superior al índice general de inserción laboral del colectivo, demuestra que cuando hay un servicio especializado detrás, las oportunidades para estas personas se multiplican exponencialmente.
Al acto acudieron también la concelleira de Política Social, Tamara Silva Cid; la diputada provincial de Políticas Sociales, Patricia Torres Madureira; y la directora general de Trabajo Autónomo y Economía Social, Marta Mariño Requeiro. Mental Health FEAFES Galicia held the IV Empréganos Awards
These awards recognized companies committed to the employment of people with mental health problems in Ourense. Textil Lonia, Vectalia Rail, Prink Ourense, Integra Empleo, the Business Confederation of Ourense, the Pereiro de Aguiar Penitentiary Center and Ramiro Gómez from Limpiezas Ramiro; were the companies and people awarded in an event that brought together nearly 100 attendees at the Principal Theater of Ourense.
On April 16, Mental Health FEAFES Galicia celebrated the IV Empréganos Awards in the Main Theater of Ourense. These awards aim to: recognize the commitment and involvement of companies, organizations and people who promote the employment of people with mental health problems.
In the category Company Promoting Employment with Support, was awarded Lonia Textile, in recognition of the numerous job vacancies they offer to people with mental health problems in all their departments. The award for Company Promoting Socio-Labor Integration it was for Vectalia Lanefor the promotion of stable and lasting contracts. Prink Ourense, For his part, he received the award for Company Promoting Talent in Internships, for welcoming people without professional experience to carry out internships in the store and for the special sensitivity towards people with mental health problems.
In the category Protected Employmentis recognized Integrate Employment, than by sharing numerous vacancies and offering quality employment, as well as by the ease of carrying out outstanding adequate monitoring of the people hired. The Collaborating Entity awarded was the Ourense Business Confederation for contributing to the visibility of Saúde Mental FEAFES Galicia and for providing quality training on self-employment to people with mental health problems.
he Collaborating Organization awarded was the Pereiro de Aguiar Penitentiary Centerfor working on the pre-employment skills of people with mental health problems deprived of liberty and subsequently accompanying them in the socio-labor integration processes once they regain their freedom.
Finally, as Reference Person received the award Ramiro Gomez, of Limpiezas Integrales Ramiro, in recognition of his dedication, sensitivity and good disposition towards the labor insertion of vulnerable groups, and for being a person highly involved with equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
Inma Soto and Nerea Pérez presented this event to a hundred people
The event was directed by Inma Soto, a storyteller from Ourense, and Nerea Pérez, partner of Sáude Mental FEAFES Galicia. The latter focused on the importance of employment for the development of a life project for any person, especially those who have a mental health problem. Nerea asked for trust and non-discrimination on the part of the business community, so that people with mental health problems can demonstrate their worth in the workplace: «I appreciate the trust of all the companies and people who hire us, because that is the first step towards a more fair and inclusive society.»
