AVIFES —asociación integrada dentro de la federación Salud Mental Euskadi—
ha creado Livin’ – Salud Mental, una página web pensada especialmente para adolescentes y jóvenes, con información y recursos fiables, claros y seguros.

Al ser un proyecto creado por AVIFES, Livin’ es un espacio seguro y fiable, pensado para que las personas jóvenes puedan informarse sin miedo a recibir un juicio y con la garantía de que la información es profesional y basada en experiencia y conocimiento especializado.

individual o personalizada, AVIFES se pone a disposición a través de los canales de
contacto habituales. "Estamos aquí para escucharte, acompañarte y ayudarte a encontrar el apoyo que necesites", reiteran desde la asociación vizcaína.

AVIFES creates Livin’: a safe space for young people and their mental health
AVIFES launches a digital platform designed for young people, in which mental health is discussed through major topics: anxiety, relationships, social networks, obsessive thoughts, fears, bullying, depression, self-esteem… The website, accessible in Spanish and Basque, compiles various resources, such as podcasts, manuals and a repository of music, films, books and series.
Taking care of mental health is key to living better and understanding how we feel at different times in life, especially when we are young and face changes, challenges and intense emotions. To accompany you on this path, AVIFÉS —association integrated within the Euskadi Mental Health federation— has created Livin’ – Mental Health, a website designed especially for adolescents and young people, with reliable, clear and safe information and resources.
What can you find on Livin’?
- Information on mental health issues, anxiety, self-esteem, emotions, relationships and emotional well-being.
- Resources and interactive activities that help you reflect on your feelings and thoughts.
- Tips on how to take care of your mental health and how to ask for help when you need it.
