REVISIÓN DEL SISTEMA SANITARIO: ESPAÑA.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este informe pone de manifiesto las fortalezas y carencias del Sistema Nacional de Salud en España a niveles de universalidad de la cobertura sanitaria, listas de espera, recursos humanos, y necesidades no cubiertas entre las que destaca la atención a la salud mental asegurando que se han incrementado estos problemas de salud un 44% y que el coste social de la depresión en la población adulta que asciende a 6.145 millones de euro, representando estas bajas por enfermedad de larga duración e incapacidades permanentes el 60,5%. El informe describe que España fue el segundo consumidor de ansiolíticos prescritos en la UE en 2021.

HEALTH SYSTEM REVIEW: SPAIN.
This report highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the National Health System in Spain in terms of universal health coverage, waiting lists, human resources, and unmet needs, among which mental health care stands out, stating that these health problems have increased by 44% and that the social cost of depression in the adult population amounts to 6.145 billion euros, with these absences due to long-term illnesses and permanent disabilities representing 60.5%. The report describes that Spain was the second largest consumer of prescribed anxiolytics in the EU in 2021.
