WHO GUIDELINES ON MENTAL HEALTH AT WORK
WHO GUIDELINES ON MENTAL HEALTH AT WORK. COMPLETE REPORT IN ENGLISH AND EXECUTIVE SUMMARY IN SPANISH
Given the estimate that 15% of people of working age suffer from a mental health problem at some point and that people with these health problems are largely excluded from work even though participation in economic activities is important . For recovery, the World Health Organization (WHO) brings together evidence-based recommendations to promote and prevent potential mental health problems and enable people living with mental health conditions to participate and thrive at work. They cover organizational recommendations, training of managers and workers, individual interventions, return to work and obtaining employment.
