[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este informe anual hace un análisis de la legislación estatal y autonómica más relevante del año 2023 en relación a los derechos humanos de mujeres y niñas con discapacidad. El documento visibiliza la situación de las mujeres y niñas con discapacidad en España respecto a la violencia contra las mujeres y niñas con discapacidad, los derechos sexuales y reproductivos, su participación el acceso a la justicia y las reformas legislativas pendientes, especialmente la realizada a propósito de la reforma del artículo 49 de la Constitución Española.

SPAIN 2023 REPORT.
This annual report analyzes the most relevant state and regional legislation for the year 2023 in relation to the human rights of women and girls with disabilities. The document makes visible the situation of women and girls with disabilities in Spain with respect to violence against women and girls with disabilities, sexual and reproductive rights, their participation, access to justice and pending legislative reforms, especially the one carried out on purpose. . of the reform of article 49 of the Spanish Constitution.
