GUIDE FOR TEACHERS
This guide includes definitions of mental health in adolescents and includes data to contribute to the context and understand the importance of addressing this issue in educational centers. It contains a decalogue of recommendations for positive mental health and healthy relationships between students and keys to recognizing a mental health problem, such as mood, emotional impact, behavior and social network. Furthermore, the document describes risk factors in the educational and social environment and offers protective factors in the school and social environment, as well as managing relationships in the classroom and increasing motivation.
