The DayEating at school’, held at the Faculty of Medicine of the Complutense University on November 3, proposed approaching the diet of the youngest as an opportunity to improve your well-being and future health. Indeed, the fact of food is today a resource not only for good individual nutrition but also for the care of the planet. The proper management of resources, stopping food waste, favoring local or organic foods… are trends that have clearly entered the field of community feeding and, above all, in that of school feeding.
