[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="2/3"][vc_single_image image="147880" img_size="full" style="vc_box_shadow" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/3"][vc_column_text css=""]En el marco del Proyecto HUB Genera, Faenando Futuro, que cuenta con la financiación del Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030, la Red CREAS llevó adelante, el pasado 19 de mayo, un nuevo encuentro -esta vez, de manera virtual-, cocreado junto con Karina Rocha y Julia Álvarez, de Lareira Social.
La iniciativa, que, desde su origen, en 2025, busca visibilizar las creaciones artísticas de mujeres con problemas de salud mental vinculadas al rural, pone el foco en el espíritu de colaboración que guía a sus integrantes. Porque los deseos, en soledad, no se alcanzan de la misma manera. Porque, coinciden, hay lunas que parecen muy lejanas, hasta que alguien se atreve a mirar hacia arriba y decir en voz alta… ¿y si lo intentamos juntas? Conmueve, así, lo grandes que podemos ser; lo lejos que podemos llegar.
Es la ilusión del encuentro, reunión a reunión; es retomar esa anécdota comentada la última vez, que, al compartirla, se vuelve terreno común a todas. Es la celebración y el reconocimiento mutuo, porque todas estamos en camino.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]De esta manera, la Red CREAS se nutre del gesto de alzar la mirada, de reconocerse en los ojos de las demás, de compartir lo que se carga y se duela. Se crea, para que lo difícil se aliviane y lo feliz se haga pleno. La Red es también valentía, porque crear es animarse a dar de sí, a entregarse de alguna manera, a recorrer propias vulnerabilidades, abrazarlas, reconocer heridas y abrirse a la posibilidad de sanar en red. Todo es proceso, cuando las risas, los sentimientos y las ideas se encuentran, sabiendo que el mundo es mejor con lo que tenemos para aportar, que nuestro paso inspira el de alguien más.
La Red CREAS avanza de la mano de mujeres que deciden abrir los brazos, ponerse lo que les pertenece, y abrazar la energía potenciada entre todas. Sus publicaciones cruzan hilos, trenzan historias de poetas, artesanas, músicas, creadoras de obras de todo tipo. Como el agua, son mujeres capaces de transformarse, de construir y de reinventarse.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/3"][vc_column_text css=""]
El primer interrogante
Tras el reencuentro, la primera pregunta, que explora cómo estamos en este momento creativo. Aflora lo propio y lo honesto… distintas voces hablan de la pintura como ‘la primera terapia’, parte de la propia recuperación y estabilidad; de las muchas ganas de seguir construyendo; de sentirse el solecito entre los nubarrones, de dejarse fluir en la tormenta; de la certeza de que somos vida de todo tipo; de un libro que se está escribiendo, que, más que de muerte, habla de amor…
Son voces, también, de la mujer a quien hoy le cuesta levantarse y hacerlo todo, pero que aquí está; que identifica al arte como válvula de escape, con la certeza de que lo que es importante para una, lo es para todas. Voces sobre la posibilidad de estar cansada, pero contenta; agradecida por el espacio común, gratificada en esa mirada al cielo, en la fuerza del complemento y de la red que acoge. Es el propio sentir, atravesado por la vida, y el firme deseo de soltar lo que traemos que alguna vez entendimos propio, pero ya no forma parte del trayecto. La red se fortalece en mujeres que se animan a trabajar juntas, y convierten su arte en un paseo de vivencias. De esta manera, un barro que, en apariencia, es frío, puede llevar consigo una narración y, en ella, calidez. Es lo que genera ponerse en marcha y, sobre un problema, encontrar todas las soluciones que las distintas miradas pueden aportar.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]
El detalle, en todo
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="147886" img_size="full" style="vc_box_shadow" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]El reciente encuentro de esta Red fue, además, una oportunidad para reflexionar acerca de la mejor manera en que estas creadoras pueden plasmar y difundir su obra. En este marco, se tuvieron en cuenta, no solo la calidad de las creaciones que viene dada de la mano sensible de estas mujeres, sino las herramientas más adecuadas que puedan potenciar su llegada.
Así, se dio lugar a la conformación de un grupo motor y sostén -con título inicial, ‘MiniCREAS’-, que acompañe y brinde un marco funcional; que fomente el apoyo mutuo; que reciba las primeras versiones de cada proceso; que ayude a recordar próximos encuentros y resuelva dudas técnicas; que proponga ideas y fomente la creación colectiva.
A la par, conforme avance el año, se planteó dar lugar a una creación colectiva, publicada oportunamente en la web de HUB Genera. Una temática consensuada, y una obra enlazada que encuentre en cada creadora el fragmento sucesivo.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Son propuestas desde lo colectivo que piden, a su vez, registrar dónde estamos hoy: la mirada honesta sobre el propio deseo de participar, y hasta dónde; qué contar de una misma. Para esto, durante la sesión se contó también con la definición compartida de criterios que vehiculicen lo creado hacia el mundo, plasmado en la web. Se trata de una tarea sin pauta en tiempos, que respeta siempre la libertad de los estilos creativos de cada una y los propios ritmos emocionales.
Un código común de risas y vivencias, de lágrimas cansadas que encuentran un abrazo sincero y necesario. El acompañamiento entendido en la confianza construida, que incluye también a las asociaciones del movimiento asociativo SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, como espacio seguro. Es la libertad de expresar los aprendizajes y los propios deseos a futuro, y conocer los de las demás.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="5/6"][vc_column_text css=""]“Qué lindas esas mujeres, que alumbran el camino y alcanzan a ver el brote antes que la flor… mujeres con brillo, que convierten el cansancio en anhelo, con riego de entusiasmo”, resaltó Esperanza Rubio, directora técnica de Investigación y Proyectos de la Confederación, como cierre del encuentro. The CREAS Network promotes collective creation through a new driving group
A roadmap of meetings; the continuity of the dissemination of creations through the platform itself; The promotion of new formats, along with the revitalization of a work and support group, are some of the challenges assumed by this community of women who come together in the art of sharing life.
The initiative, which, since its origin, in 2025, seeks to make visible the artistic creations of women with mental health problems linked to rural areasputs the focus on spirit of collaboration that guides its members. Because desires, in solitude, are not achieved in the same way. Because, they agree, there are moons that seem very far away, until someone dares to look up and say out loud… What if we try it together? It is moving, thus, how great we can be; how far we can go.
It is the illusion of the meeting, meeting by meeting; It is to return to that anecdote mentioned last time, which, when shared, becomes common ground for everyone. It is celebration and mutual recognition, because we are all on the path.
In this way, the red CREAS is nourished by the gesture of look upto recognize oneself in the eyes of others, to share what one carries and hurts. It is created, so that what is difficult is lightened and what is happy becomes complete. The Network is also bravery, because to create is to encourage oneself to give of oneselfto surrender in some way, to explore one’s own vulnerabilities, embrace them, recognize wounds and open oneself to the possibility of heal in red. Everything is a process, when laughter, feelings and ideas meet, knowing that the world is better with what we have to contribute, that our step inspires that of someone else.
The CREAS Network advances hand in hand with women who decide to open their arms, wear what belongs to them, and embrace the enhanced energy between all. Their publications cross threads, weave stories of poets, craftswomen, musicians, creators of works of all kinds. Like water, they are women capable of transforming, building and reinventing themselves.
The first question
After the reunion, the first question, which explores how are we in this creative moment. What is proper and honest emerges… different voices speak of painting as ‘the first therapy’, part of one’s own recovery and stability; of the great desire to continue building; to feel the little sun between the dark clouds, to let yourself flow in the storm; of the certainty that we are life of all kinds; of a book that is being written, which, more than death, speaks of love…
They are voices, also, of the woman who today finds it difficult to get up and do everything, but who is here; that identifies art as an escape valve, with the certainty that what is important for one, is important for all. Voices about the possibility of being tired, but happy; grateful for the common space, gratified in that look at the sky, in the strength of the complement and the network that it embraces. It is one’s own feeling, crossed by life, and the firm desire to let go of what we bring that we once understood as our own, but is no longer part of the path. A community that reflects, every day, what to live. is to create.
The mapping of female creators corresponds to May 2026.
It is discovered that the limit that one perceives can be, for another, continuity. The red is strengthened in women who dare to work meetingsand turns his art into a walk of experiences. In this way, a clay that, in appearance, is cold, can carry with it a narrative and, in it, warmth. It is what generates getting started and, regarding a problem, finding all the solutions that different perspectives can provide.
The recent meeting of this Network was, furthermore, an opportunity to reflect on the best way in which these creators can capture and disseminate their work. In this framework, not only the quality of the creations that are given by the sensitive hand of these women, but the tools more appropriate that can enhance its arrival.
Thus, it gave rise to formation of a driving and support group – with initial title, ‘MiniCREAS’ –that accompanies and provides a functional framework; that encourages mutual support; that receives the first versions of each process; that helps remember upcoming meetings and resolves technical doubts; that proposes ideas and encourages collective creation.
At the same time, as the year progresses, it was raised give rise to collective creationtimely published in the HUB Genera website. An agreed upon theme, and a linked work that finds in each creator the successive fragment.
They are proposals from the collective that ask, in turn, for a registrar where we are today: the honest look at the own desire to participate, and to what extent; What to tell about yourself? For this, during the session there was also the shared definition of criteria that convey what has been created to the world, captured on the web. It is a task without pause in time, which always respects the freedom of creative styles of each one and the own emotional rhythms.
A common code of laughter and experiences, of tired tears that find a sincere and necessary hug. The accompaniment understood in the built trust, which also includes associations of the associative movement MENTAL HEALTH SPAINas a safe space. It is the freedom to express one’s learning and desires for the future, and to get to know others.
“How beautiful those women are, who light the way and can see the bud before the flower… women with brilliance, who turn fatigue into longing, with a sprinkle of enthusiasm,” he highlighted.
