The past days November 13, 14 and 15the Federation of nutrition, food and dietetic societies (FESNAD) held its 5th Congress in the City of Culture of Santiago de Compostela.
Our Society, as founder of the Federation, was present at the congress organizing two round tables, panels of experts, on topics of great relevance and interest: dairy products as a functional food and longevity in the field of the Mediterranean diet.
