La lectura como cura de la salud mental, la apuesta de SMC

    [post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]En el marco de la Día de Sant Jordi, celebrado cada 23 de abril, desde el Pacte Nacional de Salut Mental de Catalunya, han impulsado una iniciativa colectiva para poner en valor la lectura como herramienta de reflexión, acompañamiento y mejora del bienestar emocional.

Desde la convicción de que la lectura es una herramienta de cura, la Federació Salut Mental Catalunya se ha sumado a esta propuesta y animan a participar compartiendo recomendaciones de libros de la literatura universal que aborden, de manera directa o indirecta, temas vinculados a la salud mental, las emociones, la resiliencia o el crecimiento personal.

El objetivo de las aportaciones es ayudar a generar espacios de conversación y empatía, visibilizar experiencias diversas y combatir el estigma desde la cultura y la palabra. Las recomendaciones literarias de SMC por Sant Jordi ponen voz a la experiencia propia en salud mental

Este Sant Jordi, desde Salut Mental Catalunya han celebrado la fiesta del libro y la rosa poniendo en el centro las voces de las personas. Lo han hecho a través de una compilación de libros escritos, en primera persona, por personas con experiencia propia en salud mental y sus familiares. Las publicaciones que comparten este año han sido escritas por personas vinculadas a entidades federadas de SMC y revelan el poder de la escritura como medio de recuperación, expresión, comprensión y lucha contra el estigma, tanto para quien escribe como para quien lee.   Las recomendaciones

SMC is committed to reading as a mental health care tool

Salut Mental Catalunya joins the initiative of the National Mental Health Pact of Catalonia for Sant Jordi, and shares a selection of literary recommendations written by people linked to SMC federated entities, to highlight the reflective and therapeutic value of reading.

Within the framework of the Sant Jordi’s Daycelebrated every April 23, from the National Mental Health Pact of Catalonia, have promoted a collective initiative to value reading as a tool for reflection, support and improvement of emotional well-being.

From the conviction that reading is a healing tool, Catalonia Mental Health Federation has joined this proposal and encourage you to participate recommendations to share books of universal literature that address, directly or indirectly, topics linked to mental health, emotions, resilience or personal growth.

The objective of the contributions is to help generate spaces for conversation and empathy, make diverse experiences visible and combat stigma through culture and words. On social networks, these recommendations can be located through tags. #SantJordi26 #DévoraLlibres and #PNSM.


SMC’s literary recommendations for Sant Jordi give voice to one’s own experience in mental health
