Tomando como marco en la atención a la salud mental la vigencia de la Convención Internacional sobre los derechos de las personas con discapacidad, el uso de la coerción en todas sus formas es una práctica a eliminar. Among other articles of relevance, this number includes the work «reduction in the use of mechanical containment in the Psychiatric Hospitalization Unit of Alcalá de Enrars (Madrid)». Taking as a framework in the absence of mental health the validity of the international convention sober the rights of people with disabilities, the use of coercion in all its forms is a precita to eliminate. In this context, the article presenting those resulting from the strategy for the reduction of coercions in the Brief Hospitalization Unit, reducing the use of thenecanic content by 70% in 5 years and involuntary unworthy in 18%.
