The Aragonese Association for Mental Health (ASAPME-Aragón) and the Zaragoza City Council have launched the “Zaragoza+Humana” project that seeks to generate knowledge, connection, cohesion and well-being in the city. An objective that will be achieved through various actions such as mental health workshops, individual counseling in Psychology and Psychiatry, routes around the city, literary meetings, cinema, games and cultural outings..
Zaragoza+Humana is aimed at the entire population, with inclusive activities for all ages, and which will tour a different neighborhood of the city each month.
