DOCUMENTO ELABORADO POR LA COMISIÓN DE DEFENSA DE DERECHOS HUMANOS DE LA CONFEDERACIÓN SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este documento es un recopilatorio anual del estado de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad psicosocial en España. Incluye, además de vulneraciones, los logros, avances y recomendaciones en materia de salud mental. Recoge ejemplos concretos con alusiones específicas a los artículos incluidos en la Convención Internacional sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (CDPD), destacando los derechos de las mujeres a la igualdad y no discriminación, los derechos de niños y niñas, a la vida, igual reconocimiento de como persona ante la ley, acceso a la justicia, libertad y seguridad de la persona, derecho a la vida independiente, derecho a la salud, derecho al trabajo, etc. El Informe sobre el estado de los Derechos Humanos en salud mental, 2023 aborda, entre otras cuestiones, las implicaciones del edadismo, denuncia el trato discriminatorio de los seguros y muchas entidades bancarias hacia las personas con problemas de salud mental, y dedica un apartado completo a los derechos de la infancia y otro a la prevención del suicidio.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Autoría: Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA

DOCUMENT PREPARED BY THE HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENSE COMMISSION OF THE SPANISH MENTAL HEALTH CONFEDERATION
This document is an annual compilation of the state of the rights of people with psychosocial disabilities in Spain. In addition to violations, it includes achievements, progress and recommendations in the area of mental health. It includes specific examples with specific references to the articles included in the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), highlighting the rights of women to equality and non-discrimination, the rights of boys and girls to life, equal recognition as a person before the law, access to justice, freedom and security of the person, the right to independent living, the right to health, the right to work, etc. Report on the state of human rights in mental health, 2023 It addresses, among other issues, the implications of ageism, denounces the discriminatory treatment of people with mental health problems by insurance companies and many banks, and devotes an entire section to children’s rights and another to suicide prevention.
