[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/4"][vc_single_image image="143934" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][vc_column width="3/4"][vc_column_text css=""]La formación PROSPECT para personas facilitadoras 2026 de la Federación Salud Mental Andalucía finalizó tras dos jornadas intensivas celebradas los días 19 y 22 de enero, consolidándose como una acción estratégica clave para la implantación rigurosa y sostenible del modelo PROSPECT en el movimiento asociativo de salud mental.
En esta edición han participado 16 personas del movimiento asociativo (7 hombres y 9 mujeres), todas ellas con formación previa en PROSPECT y con el objetivo común de asumir un rol avanzado como personas facilitadoras, reforzando capacidades técnicas, coherencia metodológica y calidad en la transmisión del programa.
La formación, desarrollada en modalidad online con una carga lectiva total de 14 horas, ha combinado enfoque teórico y práctico, poniendo el foco en el aprendizaje entre iguales, la experiencia vivida como activo profesional y la evidencia acumulada del modelo. Este planteamiento garantiza una transferencia de conocimiento realista, aplicable y alineada con los estándares del programa.
La acción formativa ha sido impulsada por la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA como herramienta estratégica para consolidar una red de personas facilitadoras capacitadas, capaces de generar impacto organizativo y comunitario a medio y largo plazo. PROSPECT es un programa formativo promovido por EUFAMI, activo desde 2005. Desde su implantación, la SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA ha desarrollado más de 80 ediciones en siete comunidades autónomas, capacitando a más de 1.000 personas.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Objetivos trabajados

Sixteen people from Mental Health Andalusia complete the PROSPECT-Facilitator training
The training, developed in online mode with a total teaching load of 14 hours, has focused on peer learning, the experience lived as a professional asset and the accumulated evidence of the model.
The PROSPECT training for facilitators 2026 of the Andalusia Mental Health Federation ended after two intensive days held on the days January 19 and 22consolidating itself as a key strategic action for the rigorous and sustainable implementation of the PROSPECT model in the mental health associative movement.
In this edition they have participated 16 people of the associative movement (7 men and 9 women), all of them with previous training in PROSPECT and with the common objective of assuming an advanced role as facilitating peoplereinforcing technical capabilities, methodological coherence and quality in the transmission of the program.
The training, developed in online mode with a total teaching load of 14 hourshas combined a theoretical and practical approach, focusing on the peer learningthe experience lived as a professional asset and the accumulated evidence of the model. This approach guarantees a transfer of knowledge that is realistic, applicable and aligned with the program standards.
The training action has been promoted by the SPAIN MENTAL HEALTH Confederation as a strategic tool to consolidate a network of trained facilitatorscapable of generating organizational and community impact in the medium and long term. PROSPECT is a training program promoted by EUFAMIactive since 2005. Since its implementation, MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN has developed more than 80 editions in seven autonomous communities, training more than 1,000 people.
