[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este estudio analiza la realidad que viven las mujeres en su maternidad en los Bélgica, República Checa, Francia, Alemania, Irlanda, Italia, Polonia, Portugal, Eslovaquia, España, Suecia y Reino Unido. El documento pretende conocer las necesidades de las madres y formas de adaptación de los lugares de trabajo a los roles de las trabajadoras como madres para conciliar la vida personal y laboral de una manera más sana. Entre sus conclusiones destaca los incidencias de problemas de salud mental y agotamiento materno, siendo un 57% de las madres españolas que sufren estos problemas de salud.

This study analyzes the reality that women experience during maternity in Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The document aims to understand the needs of mothers and ways of adapting workplaces to the roles of workers as mothers to reconcile personal and work life in a healthier way. Among its conclusions, the incidences of mental health problems and maternal exhaustion stand out, with 57% of Spanish mothers suffering from these health problems.
