    [post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]¿Sabías que puedes anticipar tus decisiones?, es la pregunta que lanza la Federación Salud Mental Comunidad de Madrid en su última acción informativa sobre la Planificación Anticipada de Decisiones (PAD) en Salud Mental. De este modo, la organización llama la atención sobre una realidad comúnmente cuestionada: las personas con problemas de salud mental, como el resto de personas, tienen derecho a decidir cómo quieren ser tratadas y participar en la toma de decisiones que afectan a su salud.

La Planificación Anticipada de Decisiones (PAD) es una herramienta que permite a las personas expresar, de forma anticipada, sus deseos y preferencias en relación con sus cuidados y tratamientos en salud mental. Se trata de un proceso reconocido en la Ley 41/2002, de Autonomía del Paciente, que contribuye a garantizar los derechos de las personas, fortaleciendo su autonomía y empoderamiento. Gracias a este documento, se pueden dejar por escrito aspectos tan importantes como preferencias en la medicación, el contacto con familiares y amistades, las visitas durante un ingreso, la dieta o, incluso, qué acciones resultan más reconfortantes en momentos de crisis.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="138872" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Con el objetivo de facilitar información de calidad y resolver dudas sobre esta opción, la Federación Salud Mental Comunidad de Madrid presenta un nuevo folleto informativo sobre la Planificación Anticipada de Decisiones (PAD) en Salud Mental.

Este formulario, desarrollado por la federación madrileña en colaboración con el Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón y el Comité Madrileño Pro Salud Mental en Primera Persona, se encuentra actualmente en fase piloto. Aun así, ya ha comenzado a implementarse en hospitales públicos madrileños como el Gregorio Marañón, el Príncipe de Asturias y el Clínico San Carlos, que trabajan en sistemas de alerta para asegurar que la PAD sea tenida en cuenta en los ingresos por razones de salud mental.

Además, la Federación proporciona información y apoyo respecto a este documento a otros hospitales de la Comunidad de Madrid, entre ellos el Hospital Universitario José Germain, el Hospital Dr. Rodríguez Lafora, el Hospital Universitario La Paz y el Hospital Universitario del Henares, avanzando así hacia una extensión progresiva de esta herramienta en la red hospitalaria madrileña.

Decsses early planning (PAD), a key tool in mental mental health tool

The Mental Community Federation of Madrid has just published an informative brochure to promote the knowledge and use of this tool, fundamental to respect the desires and preferences of people with mental health problems in the socio -sanitation -mbito.

Early decisions planning (PAD) is a tool that allows an express people to express, in advance, their Wishes and preferences in relating. It is a recognized procsession in the Law 41/2002, of patient autonomythat contributes a guarantee the rights of people, strengthening their autonomy and empowerment.
