INFORME "VIVIENDA Y SALUD MENTAL"


LA VIVIENDA COMO CATALIZADOR DE LA PREVALENCIA DE TRASTORNOS LIGADOS A LA SALUD MENTAL EN CANARIAS.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este informe analiza la relación entre la vivienda y la salud mental en Canarias desde una perspectiva de derechos sociales que incorpora variables transversales como el territorio y el género. El estudio examina cómo el aumento de precios y la falta de disponibilidad de viviendas afectan al bienestar mental de la población. El documento muestra diversas barreras para acceder a la vivienda, entre ellas factores económicos y sociales, además de cómo el surgimiento de las burbujas de alquiler y las condiciones laborales vinculadas al sector servicio, se encuentran asociadas a un incremento en los problemas de salud mental. Asimismo, se identifica una insuficiencia de profesionales del ámbito sanitario, que se ve agravado por una tendencia a medicalizar la salud mental que afecta especialmente a las mujeres. Report «Housing and Mental Health»

Housing as a catalyst for the prevalence of mental health disorders in the Canary Islands.

This report analyzes the relationship I entered housing and mental health in the Canary Islands from a social rights perspective that incorporates transverse variables such as territory and icy. The study examines how the price automation and the lack of living availability affect the mental well -being of the population. The master document various barriers to access housing, including economic and social factors, in addition to how the emergence of rental bubbles and labor conditions linked to the service sector, are associated with an increase in problems. Likewise, there is an insufficiency of healthcare professionals, which is seen by a trend a mental caregiver of the mental health of the specialty to the albujeres. The results suggest the need for public implementation that improve access to housing and reinforce mental health services and guarantor effectively address the challenges facing the population.
