ABORDANDO LOS DETERMINANTES DIGITALES DE LA SALUD MENTAL Y EL BIENESTAR DE LAS PERSONAS JÓVENES.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este informe tiene como objetivo apoyar a los paíases en la formulación de políticas basadas en la evidencia para abordar la creciente influencia de los determinantes digitales en la salud mental de los jóvenes en la Región Europea de la OMS. Asumiendo que existen actividades digitales que tienen tanto efectos positivos como negativos las personas jóvenes más vulnerables experimentan impactos negativos de forma desproporcionada, especialmente en relación a su salud mental. El informe defiende que un mayor tiempo frente a la pantalla puede exacerbar los problemas de salud mental, lo que a su vez puede impulsar un mayor uso de la tecnología. Además, diversos factores individuales y ambientales influyen en los comportamientos y experiencias digitales de estas personas. El informe recopila una serie de acciones prioritarias, dirigidas a los países para que promuevan y protejan la salud mental y el bienestar de los jóvenes en entornos digitales, y mitiguen los posibles daños relacionados con las redes sociales, la inteligencia artificial y otras tecnologías digitales.

Address digital determinants of youth mental health and well -being
Addressing digital determinants of mental health and well -being of young people.
This report aims to support PAIAS in the formula of evidence -based policies to address the growing influence of digital determinants on the mental health of young people in the OTS European region. Assuming that there are digital activities that have both positive and neguotive effects, the most vulnerable young people experience negative impacts disproportionately, a specialty in relating their mental health. The report defends that the mayor in front of the screen can exacerbate mental health problems, which in turn can promote a mayor use of technology. In addition, various individual and environmental factors influences the behaviors and digital experiences of these people. The report collects a series of priority actions, aimed at countries to promote and proterate the mental health and well -being of young people in digital environments, and mitigate possible damage stories with social networks, artificial intelligence and other topics Tajas Theas Tesas Tesas.
