Es confiar en el proceso; todo en movimiento, todo en red. Es la fuerza que tiene ponerle nombre a las cosas, identificarlas, ser conscientes de los efectos que tienen las desigualdades derivadas del mandato por género; de cómo esto se plasma en los propios ingresos y recursos económicos, en el acceso a la educación, al empleo y a la asimilación de roles familiares y sociales preestablecidos.
Desde esta verdad, en el marco del Proyecto Hub Genera Faenando Futuro, impulsado por la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA y financiado por el Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030, se llevó a cabo, del 27 de enero al 6 de abril, la tercera edición de la formación ‘Trenzando Saberes’.
Se trató de una formación que, desde la reflexión, el debate y la creación colectiva de saberes y experiencias, presentó el reto de construir una comunidad de aprendizaje entre mujeres con problemas de salud mental y discapacidades psicosociales vinculados al empleo, los autocuidados y la sostenibilidad de la vida, en el marco de la red asociativa de la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA.
Fueron, en total, diez encuentros formativos grupales online, destinados a mujeres con experiencia propia en salud mental, integrantes de la RED Estatal de Mujeres, o de las respectivas redes territoriales, vinculadas al ámbito rural. De esta manera, se contó con la participación de 17 mujeres, provenientes de ocho territorios del movimiento asociativo de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA: Andalucía, Canarias, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Comunitat Valenciana, Extremadura, Galicia y Murcia.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="135026" img_size="full" style="vc_box_border" border_color="purple" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Los contenidos, impartidos en cada sesión a través del Aula Virtual de la Confederación, se llevaron adelante mediante módulos formativos, cuestionarios y foros participativos, dinamizado todo por Lareira Social.
Contenidos de la formación
Como hito distintivo, este año, para los distintos módulos, se contó con la experiencia de una mujer vinculada al Proyecto Hub Genera Faenando Futuro, como referente para el resto de las mujeres participantes. Módulo 2. ‘Saberes para vivir nuestra salud mental’ exploró i) las condiciones de vida que ponen en riesgo la salud mental de las mujeres, y ii) presentó un ‘kit de primeros auxilios’ en materia de salud mental. Se contó con la participación de Adela Montaño Candelario.
Módulo 3. ‘Saberes para vivir nuestros trabajos y cuidados’ dio lugar a identificar i) empleo, trabajos y sostenibilidad de la vida, y ii) expuso un decálogo colectivo, que repasa en qué consiste el desempeño laboral en condiciones dignas, saludables y respetuosas. Se contó con la participación de M. Isabel García Peña.
Módulo 4. ‘Saberes para cuidarnos’ fue un módulo práctico basado en i) grupos de ayuda mutua entre mujeres con experiencia propia en salud mental, y ii) redes de mujeres y salud mental. TRAINING CONTENTS
