[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]El programa de viviendas supervisadas de AFES Salud Mental acerca la Economía Social y Solidaria (ESS) a las personas residentes a través de formaciones orientadas a promover sus valores universales, entre los que se encuentran la equidad, la justicia, la solidaridad, el compromiso con el entorno y la democracia directa. Este modelo, que se sustenta en las grandes corrientes ideológicas del siglo XIX, busca dar respuesta a las desigualdades sociales que genera el capitalismo, proponiendo prácticas alternativas que ponen en el centro el bienestar de las personas.
Las acciones formativas, que comenzaron en febrero y se desarrollarán a lo largo del año, están vinculadas a las intervenciones sociales que el equipo multidisciplinar lleva a cabo en el programa. Partiendo de los principios de la sostenibilidad ambiental, las educadoras sociales comparten conocimientos y experiencias encaminadas a sensibilizar y concienciar sobre el cuidado del medioambiente y la regla de las tres erres: reducir, reciclar y reutilizar.
Además, se ha previsto abordar otras temáticas esenciales y transversales a la ESS con la colaboración del tejido asociativo y distintas instituciones públicas de Tenerife, como la alimentación saludable, el bienestar y la autoestima, la deshabituación del tabaco, la diversidad y el desarrollo afectivo-sexual, y la resolución de conflictos.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="134959" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]La asociación AFES Salud Mental gestiona actualmente 9 viviendas supervisadas en distintos municipios de la isla. En 2024 fueron atendidas 64 personas (10 mujeres y 54 hombres). Celebrar las formaciones en estos espacios es una poderosa vía para transmitir y propagar los valores de la entidad, firmemente comprometida con las personas y el entorno. A su vez, contribuyen a fomentar la autonomía de las personas participantes, su responsabilidad individual y social, la cooperación y el bien común.
Las viviendas son recursos alojativos de la red sociosanitaria que brindan un hogar estable a las personas con problemas de salud mental graves, quienes cuentan con el acompañamiento de las profesionales y del Equipo Comunitario Asertivo (ECA) del Servicio Canario de la Salud. Con el paso del tiempo, se han consolidado como un pilar fundamental en el proceso de recuperación de las personas usuarias y les ha facilitado la construcción de sus propios proyectos de vida.
