[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este documento reúne, desde una perspectiva jurídica y social, información sobre los delitos y discursos del odio que sufren las personas con discapacidad en España, aportando una mirada integral sobre los factores estructurales, culturales y legislativos que perpetúan la violencia, la exclusión y la intolerancia contra las personas con discapacidad. El estudio insiste en la urgencia de consolidar políticas públicas eficaces y sostenidas para luchar contra este tipo de criminalidad. Se analizan las barreras que dificultan la denuncia y la investigación de estos delitos, las lagunas de información y la necesidad de una respuesta institucional contundente, coordinada e inclusiva.
