Eso es SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA para con su movimiento asociativo y para con la comunidad, en general. Desde esta lógica, y con una tarea comprometida, que pone siempre a las personas en el centro, la Confederación ha recibido un reconocimiento formal, el pasado 30 de enero, por su Certificado EFQM 300+ obtenido en 2024.
Y es que, una vez más, el Club Excelencia en Gestión ha llevado a cabo su celebración anual, en la que reconoce la labor de más de 80 empresas, entidades e instituciones -otorgándoles, en esta edición, el Sello EFQM de Excelencia Europea durante 2024-. Así, la Fundación ONCE ha sido sede, en Madrid, del ‘Día de la Gestión Excelente, Innovadora y Sostenible 2025: Impulsando la mejora para liderar el futuro’.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/3"][vc_column_text css=""]En este marco, la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA ha sido reconocida, específicamente, con el Certificado EFQM 300+, en manos de su presidente, Nel González Zapico.
El evento ha contado con la presencia de Tomás Pascual Gómez-Cuétara, presidente del Club Excelencia en Gestión. Durante su intervención, el anfitrión ha destacado que las organizaciones que trabajan para conseguir el Sello EFQM tienen un objetivo común: “generar confianza en nuestros grupos de interés, evidenciando las mejoras que logramos, año tras año, en materia de gestión y mostrarlas, así, a nuestros equipos de trabajo, proveedores e inversores”.
En la jornada también ha participado Alberto Durán, vicepresidente primero del Grupo Social ONCE y presidente de honor del Club Excelencia en Gestión, encargado de cerrar el acto. “Es muy importante que las organizaciones sean capaces de influir en la sociedad con mejores directivos, que estén mejor formados; organizaciones que lleven en su cultura la idea de la inclusión y de dar una mejor atención a colectivos vulnerables. Oportunidad para dialogar
Las entregas de los Sellos EFQM, que se han dividido en bloques, han estado alternadas con varios diálogos entre personas referentes en gestión del cambio y de fórmulas para fomentar la transformación y la innovación organizacional.
Mediante el abordaje de casos de éxito de organizaciones que cuentan con un Sello EFQM, se expuso cómo las diferentes evaluaciones planteadas les han ayudado a enfrentar aspectos necesarios para el desarrollo interno. El análisis puso de relieve la importancia de estos procesos, de cara al crecimiento y la sostenibilidad de cualquier entidad.
Asimismo, durante el acto, se presentó, en exclusiva, la iniciativa EVEG: Entorno Virtual de Excelencia en Gestión, que el Club pondrá en funcionamiento este mes, con foco en las pymes. Dicha ponencia estuvo a cargo de Ignacio Babé y Miquel Romero, director general y director de servicios del Club Excelencia en Gestión, respectivamente.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/6"][vc_single_image image="132975" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][vc_column width="5/6"][vc_column_text css=""]
Lo recorrido por la Confederación
Se trata del noveno año de historia que la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA tiene con el Club Excelencia en Gestión. La primera distinción -el sello Compromiso hacia la Excelencia Europea +200 EFQM- tuvo lugar en 2016, ocasión en la que Alfonso Serrano Movilla, director técnico del área de Planificación y Calidad de la Confederación, reflexionó: “Todo lo relacionado con la responsabilidad social y la participación de los grupos de interés tiene gran trascendencia y se refleja en sus criterios de evaluación”.
Dicho certificado ha podido ser renovado en marzo de 2018 y en abril de 2021, respectivamente. Para que, luego, en abril de 2024, llegara el mencionado reconocimiento del Certificado EFQM 300+. Tal como indica el protocolo señalado por el Club Excelencia en Gestión, las evaluaciones externas se han realizado, primero, cada dos años; y, posteriormente, a los tres, para dar curso, así, a las progresivas certificaciones.
Toda calificación trae, consigo, un trabajo previo. Como todo símbolo, este certificado engloba un concepto y una trayectoria por parte de la Confederación. Se trata de una nota que da cuenta del compromiso constante, la mejora permanente y la vocación humanista que se plasma en cada decisión y acción de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA. Es el espíritu de una tarea colectiva, en permanente alineación con la dignidad de las personas que tienen un problema de salud mental y sus entornos, además del ejercicio pleno y libre de su autonomía. La certificación
El Sello EFQM es otorgado a distintas entidades y empresas, de manera anual, por el Club Excelencia en Gestión, una asociación multisectorial sin ánimo de lucro, que genera y comparte conocimiento sobre gestión y transformación de las organizaciones.
Este reconocimiento internacional certifica la utilización de modelos de gestión excelentes, basados en el Modelo EFQM. Entre sus criterios, incluye fórmulas de buen gobierno, así como herramientas adaptables de medición de resultados y de flexibilidad en entornos cambiantes, útiles para acelerar la transformación de una organización.
Por su parte, la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA desarrolla, desde 2018, acciones de Promoción y mejora de la calidad en la gestión integral de las entidades para la atención a personas con problemas de salud mental. The Confederation has been recognized for its excellence in management with the EFQM 300+ Cercy
The distinction was carried out in the framework of the ‘Excellent, innovative and sustainable management day 2025: promoting improvement to lead the future’, celebration organized by the Excellence Club in Management.
