The General Directorate of Public Health has prepared a series of reports on the health status of the regions of Aragon, with the aim of designing a support document that facilitates rapid analysis of the situation in the regions with demographic data. social, economic, health and resources present in the territory.
Specifically, the data collected in these reports are: general data, demographic data, socioeconomic data, morbidity, mortality, resources and assets for health:
- General data:
- Location map in Aragon.
- Basic data of the territory: population, area and population density.
- Health Structure: number of pharmacies, health centers, offices and hospitals.
- Basic health areas.
- List of municipalities and number of inhabitants.
- Demographics:
- Population pyramid.
- Other demographic indicators: average age of the population, over-aging index, birth rate, global youth dependency rate, percentage of foreign population, etc.
- Socioeconomic data:
- Gross income per capita
- Percentage of affiliations by sector
- Percentage structure of unemployment according to sex and age.
- Morbidity:
- Gross rate per 1,000 inhabitants of diseases by sex by basic health area.
- Mortality:
- % of deaths by sex and large groups of causes of death.
- Resources and assets for health:
- Projects of the Aragonese Health Promotion Network (RAPPS).
- Health Promoting Schools (RAEPS).
- Community agendas of Primary Care Teams.
- Zone Health Councils.
