PATOLOGÍAS Y DEPENDENCIAS QUE PROVOCAN LAS REDES SOCIALES EN LOS JÓVENES NATIVOS DIGITALES

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Este estudio se llevó a cabo con 192 personas jóvenes pertenecientes a la generación Z, nativos digitales que nacieron entre 1995 y 2010, que no conciben un mundo sin internet y sus plataformas digitales. Los resultados confirman el impacto de las redes sociales en la salud mental, con altos porcentajes de respuesta a experimentar en alguna ocasión ansiedad, depresión e insomnio y a su vez una alta consciencia sobre la adicción que pueden crear las redes sociales a través de su abuso y la amenaza que pueden constituir para su privacidad.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=""]Autoría: Matías López Iglesias; Alejandro Tapia-Frade; Claudia María Ruiz Velasco

PATHOLOGIES AND DEPENDENCIES CAUSED BY SOCIAL NETWORKS IN YOUNG DIGITAL NATIVES

ARTICLE PUBLISHED BY THE MAGAZINE OF THE EXTRAORDINARY CHAIR OF COMMUNICATION AND HEALTH OF THE COMPLUTENSE UNIVERSITY OF MADRID.

This study was carried out with 192 young people belonging to generation Z, digital natives who were born between 1995 and 2010, who cannot conceive a world without the Internet and its digital platforms. The results confirm the impact of social networks on mental health, with high percentages of response to occasionally experiencing anxiety, depression and insomnia and at the same time a high awareness of the addiction that social networks can create through their abuse and the threat they may pose to your privacy.
