De eso trata ‘HUB Genera - Faenando Futuro’, una iniciativa cuyo objetivo es incentivar el empleo y el autoempleo entre las mujeres que tienen un problema de salud mental y que viven en entornos rurales. Es una plataforma convocante, generadora de una fuerza que rompe barreras. Se trata de ver a las demás y vernos a nosotras mismas como hacedoras, verdaderas emprendedoras, con capacidades y competencias específicas. El estreno de un episodio de la serie ‘Relatoras de futuros’, la renovación del portal hubgenera.org y la proximidad con un nuevo ‘Facendera’ son muestra de ello.
El HUB, con su acción, defiende la causa; porque lo injusto aún golpea, porque la herida persiste. En el rural, el desgarro de muchas se trenza con el cansancio de otras, que, con su hacer, labran la tierra. Se conmemora el dolor que produce el machismo, ese rigor incongruente, ese abuso punzante; y se reivindica que otro cultivo es posible.
Se revelan mejores formas de vínculo, de ser Red, entre mujeres y como comunidad. Brota la oportunidad de hacer que el dolor se vuelva abono. Forman parte de la red asociativa de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA. Su testimonio habla de quienes salen del encierro, no porque sea fácil, sino porque es necesario. Su experiencia es su cosecha. Aradas por la vida, se animan hoy a una nueva siembra.
Para estas mujeres, lo vivido enseña. Cuentan que, a paso constante, a lugares se llega.
Valoran de sí mismas la capacidad de generar: “Siempre he sido una mujer que ha realizado proyectos… cursos de informática, arte y creatividad, también de relajación, música, poesía. Con pequeños pasos, lo he conseguido”.
Amplían horizontes. Afirman que sus proyectos son posibilitadores de más: “Me permite mejorar. Ampliar mi trabajo, mejorar mi vida”.
Todo movimiento es, de raíz, deseo. A través del podcast, comparten su anhelo que, “más allá de emprender”, busca “reemprender”. Recoger lo iniciado, retomar lo que ha quedado en el camino. Registran su esencia y asumen sus retos: “Siempre he sido activa, hice mi carrera, aprobé oposiciones, pero me cuesta todo un trabajo enorme, enorme…”.
Su verdad y coraje son su motor. “Me gustaría sacar fuerzas… fuerzas para volver a ser la que yo era. Poquito a poco, dando pasitos. Me duele mucho ver cómo era hace unos años y verme ahora… eso me duele”, se sinceran.
Advierten su miedo, pero no como perímetro, sino como marca a transitar y, así, llegar aún más lejos. Están en marcha, porque buscan su proyecto.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Lo piensan. Lo sueñan, embarcadas en la misión de entender al fracaso como falacia… porque, si hay intento, no hay derrota: “A ver si me siento capaz… hay veces que me cuesta tanto tomar la iniciativa… mi autoestima no está muy elevada. Pienso que no voy a poder, que me voy a cansar, que no podré memorizar. Me da miedo. Le tengo pánico al fracaso. Eso me hace sufrir. No quiero caer en eso”.
Madrugar cuando cuesta; identificar estímulos y ponerlos en práctica; dejar el tabaco; ordenar la casa, aun cuando parece imposible; volver a estudiar. La fuerza está en todo. Estas mujeres, claras en su mensaje y potentes en su hacer, reflejan que la clave es el objetivo genuino, aquel que, en la más honesta subjetividad, se vincula con la propia vida. Aún más motivante resulta que “no empezamos de cero, lo hacemos desde la experiencia”.
‘Relatoras de Futuros’ nace de diversos espacios de encuentros y entrevistas, organizados por la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, dinamizados por Lareira Social, en coproducción con Barenta Report.

Comunidad Genera es su gente, sus proyectos, las vivencias compartidas, los aprendizajes y reflexiones, la capacidad creadora en todas sus formas y versiones. Y, porque el cambio inspira vida, la web de HUB Genera – Faenando Futuro, iniciativa de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, también se renueva. El relanzamiento de la web, a cargo de la Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, propone una mejor experiencia de uso. Incorpora rótulos que guían la exploración del sitio. Son etiquetas que, con afinidad conceptual, pero, sobre todo, humana, reflejan ilusión y profundidad. Así, la sección “Cultivos” acoge a todo aquello que está en proceso, lo que está aún aconteciendo. Y el apartado “Cosechas”, el resultado de algo que ha venido gestándose, los productos a los que se arriba tras metabolizar ideas y sentimientos, como ocurre con ‘Relatoras de futuros’. Es un espacio pensado para mujeres creadoras de contenido, que son, en definitiva, creadoras de su propia vida. Auténticas referentes, con impacto en las y los demás.
Se dispone, asimismo, un cambio cromático en la plataforma, y una disposición más orgánica de sus distintos elementos. Es un espacio vivo, dinámico, que fluye en la medida en que el proyecto amplía su llegada.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="3/4"][vc_column_text css=""]Así, cada proceso se vuelve brote. Y, si de recoger frutos se trata, el programa dispone, además, de día confirmado para su ‘Facendera’, el encuentro anual que, en esta ocasión, se realizará online y con inscripción previa, el 11 de diciembre. Asoma, de este modo, una nueva oportunidad para dar ese ‘Paseo a pie de huerta’; y reconocer, en Red, el trabajo, el esfuerzo y la implicación de colaboradoras, participantes activas y todas las personas vinculadas al movimiento asociativo con huella en el proyecto.
La Comunidad sigue haciendo camino, sigue generando. Como lo plasma la escritora Lupita Leyva, quienes la integran caminan “juntas a la par, aunque se vaya por distinto lugar”.
Termina el día y, con su remanso, la ilusión de que, lo que hoy no fue, mañana podrá. Cada siembra, con su estación. Sobre ‘Proyecto HUB Genera, Faenando Futuro’
El proyecto es una plataforma de dinamización e innovación, que comenzó a gestarse hace casi cinco años, se orienta a explorar y promover nuevas formas de creación de empleo de mujeres rurales con problemas de salud mental en los sectores productivos de los cuidados y de servicios de proximidad.
Ante los impactantes datos de desempleo de las mujeres con problemas de salud mental, multiplicados en el medio rural, y ante las escasísimas experiencias para y con este colectivo, la comunidad ‘HUB Genera, Faenando Futuro’ impulsa nuevas propuestas de acción.
Entre sus líneas de acción, se identifican cuatro pilares. Ante todo, el empoderamiento feminista y el medio rural, siempre, desde una perspectiva interseccional y ecofeminista, relacionada con la toma de poder de las mujeres. Por otro lado, los emprendimientos sociales, enmarcados en la economía social que pone en el centro a las personas y al medio ambiente, partiendo de las necesidades de la comunidad y con perspectiva de género. Además, se tiene en cuenta la gobernanza y el desarrollo rural inclusivo, explorando nuevas prácticas de participación real ciudadana en la gestión de bienes y servicios con criterios de inclusión. Projects and renewal of a Genera Community stronger than ever
The presentation of a new episode of ‘Relators of Futures’, the relaunch of the web platform and the official announcement of the next ‘Facendera’ are part of what this Network sows. With the support of the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030, the ‘HUB Genera, Faenando Futuro’ community marks a path. Within the framework of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, from rural areas, the push for a common car is evident.
Building ties and trust in a common project makes us unstoppable. That’s what it’s about ‘HUB Genera – Farming the Future’an initiative whose objective is to encourage employment and self-employment among women who have a mental health problem and who live in rural environments. It is a convening platform, generating a force that breaks barriers. It’s about seeing others and seeing ourselves as real, doers. entrepreneursscam capabilities and competencies specific. Get up early when it costs; identify stimuli and put them into practice; quit tobacco; tidy up the house, even when it seems impossible; go back to studying. Strength is in everything. These women, clear in their message and powerful in their actionsreflecting that the key is the genuine objective, the one that, in the most honest subjectivity, is linked to one’s own life. Even more motivating is that “we do not start from scratch, we do it from experience”.

About ‘HUB Genera Project, Farming the Future’
