According to ALDI’s report, practically all customers who shop in their supermarkets (97%) include at least one own brand product in their basket. The reason? Quality accessible to everyone.. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for basic ingredients such as milk, frying pan or a detergent that can never be missing. Therefore, ALDI’s offer is designed so that each consumer can make their complete purchase in the easiest way possible.

Almost all Spanish consumers. (97%) are familiar with own brandseasily identifying them in your usual supermarkets. Price also plays a crucial role: 1 in 4 families consider that this aspect helps them differentiate their own brands. In fact, a third admit to having changed supermarkets because of their prices in these products.

For the vast majority of Spaniards (88%), value for money is the main reason for choosing their own brands. Furthermore, 64% of consumers are willing to try new brands, especially in categories like cheeses and ice creamopening the wide variety of products offered by the own brand.

Own brand has ceased to be an alternative and has become the favorite option for many. In fact, Spain is one of the European countries that trusts the most in this type of products. In fact, 8 out of 10 consumers believe that supermarkets offer more variety than everand something that has been reflected in an increase in sales of these products.
