Además, Real dio a conocer que la precariedad laboral también afecta “al movimiento asociativo, a los equipos técnicos y a las personas voluntarias de las juntas directivas que debemos trabajar quitando trabas, gestionando esa precariedad, más allá de nuestros horarios laborales y compromisos familiares y personales.
