[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text css=""]La cuarta edición de la propuesta formativa #enREDando Genera, desarrollada en el marco del Proyecto HUB GENERA, FAENANDO FUTURO, ha llegado a su fin. Esta formación, relacionada con el emprendimiento e innovación social para la generación de empleo de las mujeres rurales con problemas de salud mental, ha sido posible gracias a la financiación del Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030.
#enREDando Genera se desarrolló en formato online a través del Aula Virtual de SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, mediante foros participativos y la realización de siete encuentros online de formación.
El curso tuvo lugar entre el 10 de junio y el 31 de julio de 2024 y contó con la participación de 12 profesionales del movimiento asociativo, pertenecientes a 7 territorios (Aragón, Canarias, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Comunidad Valenciana, Extremadura y Región de Murcia).
Todas las personas participantes contaban con experiencia en el ámbito rural y en el desarrollo de proyectos de empleo.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="127881" img_size="full" onclick="link_image" css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Los retos de esta acción formativa fueron incorporar metodologías para el acompañamiento en el emprendimiento y el autoempleo con mujeres con problemas de salud mental y discapacidades psicosociales, desde el marco de la economía social y solidaria, y generar comunidad de aprendizajes e innovación entre profesionales para la construcción de saberes en materia de empleo, emprendimiento, economía social, igualdad de oportunidades e innovación social.
La formación, dinamizada por Lareira Social y la Escuela de Emprendedoras Juana Millán, se dividió en tres módulos:
- Module 1: Employment, Rural Women, Mental Health and Social Innovation
- Module 2: Support for entrepreneurship
- Module 3: Proposals and inspirational keys

The fourth edition of the #enREDando Genera training, from the HUB Project, ends
A total of 12 professionals from the associative movement participated in this initiative, funded by the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030.
The fourth edition of the training proposal #enREDando Generatesdeveloped within the framework of the Project HUB GENRES, MAKING FUTURE, has come to an end. This training, related to entrepreneurship and social innovation for the generation of employment for rural women with mental health problems, has been made possible thanks to funding from the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030.
#enREDando Genera was developed in an online format through the Virtual classroom of MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN, through participatory forums and seven online training meetings.
The course took place between the June 10 and July 31, 2024 and was attended by 12 professionals from the associative movement, belonging to 7 territories (Aragon, Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castile and Leon, Valencian Community, Extremadura and Region of Murcia).
All participants had experience in rural areas and in the development of employment projects.
The challenges of this training action were incorporated. Methodologies for support in entrepreneurship and self-employment. with women with mental health problems and psychosocial disabilities, within the framework of the social and solidarity economy, and generate a community of learning and innovation among professionals for the construction of knowledge in the areas of employment, entrepreneurship, social economy, equal opportunities and social innovation.
The training, facilitated by Lareira Social and the Juana Millán School of Entrepreneurs, was divided into three modules:
