[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]El objetivo principal de esta investigación es identificar y analizar los factores que contribuyen a las inequidades sistemáticas en materia de salud que experimentan las personas con discapacidad en España, y plantear medidas y acciones clave junto con recomendaciones estratégicas y programáticas para reducir esas inequidades.El estudio adopta un enfoque interseccional incidiendo en las variables de mujer, grandes necesidades de apoyo, discapacidad intelectual y residencia en entorno rural. La salud mental aparece citada en todo el documento, especialmente en las páginas 28, 41, 42, 44, 58, 60, 75, 76, 78, 82, 84 101, 102, etc.

EQUITY AND RIGHT TO HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
SPAIN SITUATION 2023
The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that contribute to the systematic health inequities experienced by people with disabilities in Spain, and to propose key measures and actions along with strategic and programmatic recommendations to reduce these inequities. It adopts an intersectional approach, focusing on the variables of women, great support needs, intellectual disabilities and residence in a rural environment. Mental health is mentioned throughout the document, especially on pages 28, 41, 42, 44, 58, 60, 75, 76, 78, 82, 84, 101, 102, etc.
