  • On the one hand, a new person is added to the Executive Directorate Directorate of Transformation and Knowledgewhose goal will be to manage the knowledge generated by the Confederation, so that it flows between all areas and the associative movement, to promote processes of change and transformation.
  • As part of SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA’s commitment to focus on human rights, the new Area of Defense of Rights and Orientation in Mental Health, whose main purpose will be to promote the State Observatory of Mental Health, Rights and Equality as a key tool for identifying and managing rights violations, as well as continuing to provide guidance to the population in need.
  • For its part, the area of Communication, Orientation and Social Influence is now called Communication, Image and Social InfluenceThis area will begin by focusing its work on using communication tools to raise awareness of the reality of people with mental health problems, as well as to unite, disseminate and claim the messages of the associative movement. It will also work to strengthen, position and protect the intellectual property of the SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA brand, in order to translate it into greater recognition, promote institutional relations and alliances and expand actions of vindication and influence.
  • Finally, the Projects and Studies area until now is now called Research and ProjectsWith this change, relevance is given to research processes as generators of knowledge that promote changes in the associative movement and in society.

The areas of People and Organization, Organizational Development and Quality, and Administration and Finance will maintain their current names. “We will carry out all the new organizational commitment and transformation under a culture of well-being and care. We will promote talent to face the coming years, nurturing this lively, innovative and courageous strategy,” concludes González Zapico.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=»1/4″][vc_btn title=»VOLVER A NOTICIAS» style=»gradient-custom» gradient_custom_color_1=»#ffffff» gradient_custom_color_2=»#ffffff» gradient_text_color=»#005b50″ shape=»square» align=»center» i_icon_fontawesome=»fa fa-chevron-circle-left» add_icon=»true» link=»url:%2Fnoticias%2F|title:NOTICIAS||»][/vc_column][vc_column width=»1/4″][/vc_column][vc_column width=»1/4″][/vc_column][vc_column width=»1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
