– Run 600 meters.
– 20 squats.
We repeat 2 series of these exercises without stopping.
– Push-ups for 1 minute, (as many as we can do.)
– Squats for 1 minute, (as many as we can do.)
– We finished with 400 meters of explosive running.
Once the entire routine is done, we rest for 30 seconds and repeat it one more time.
– 10 abs + 10 burpees.
– Race with jumps inside the wheels.
– 30 x Squat + Ball Wall (ball against the wall)
We repeat 3 sets of these exercises, resting 30 seconds between sets.
